TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center has announced the appointment of its 2017 employee advisory group (EAG) members. The EAG conducted its first meeting Thursday, January 19 to welcome the new team members and plan out initiatives for the calendar year.
At TriStar Hendersonville, employees have a strong voice and the EAG provides a forum for department representatives to voice concerns or issues that have room for growth in the work place, develop a mutual respect and trust throughout the hospital, increase employee engagement by supporting coworkers through resources such as the internal angel tree, and provide community support by fundraising and collecting items for local organizations.
